Invisilutions builds cloud-based applications that enable users to manage their business matters. The terms listed here govern the use of any solution created by and provided by Invisilutions.
Matters Management is a compliance application that provides the following modules.
• Compliance Reporting Portal
• Investigation Management
• Case Management
Invisilutions is the owner of any software created and provided by Invisilutions. Users shall not have any right, title, or interest to any such software.
The software is provided using the software as a service delivery model. The software is provided to users through a web browser using a subscription service.
Use of the software is provided on a subscription basis, unless otherwise provided by promotion, user classification or other specific designation deemed by Invisilutions as a trial use or free to use module. Invisilutions reserves the right to change its pricing model at any time.
Occasionally we will update our terms of service. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review this document when alerted to changes and to comply with any changes to continue using the software.
Invisilutions will provide error corrections, bug fixes, patches or other updates to the software to the extent necessary. Routine updates will be scheduled for hours when the software is generally not in high demand. During routine updates the software will not be available for use. However, there may be urgent patches that may require immediate delivery. In those cases, a small interruption of service may occur.
Invisilutions encourages its users to request software customization, enhancements, or modifications. Invisilutions may, in its sole discretion, undertake to incorporate such changes as updates or revisions software. Ownership of any customization, enhancements or modifications are exclusively Invisilutions.
No software which is provided by Invisilutions shall be copied in whole or in part by the user.
Invisilutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time. Reasons for termination or suspension will be provided to the user if possible. If it is determined that the user has violated the Terms of Service their account will be either terminated or suspended immediately.
Products created by Invisilutions are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent provided by law, Invisilutions DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES, TITLE OR NON-INFRINDGEMENT.
Invisilutions makes no guarantees or warranties that the will be safe, secure or error-free. Invisilutions also do not guarantee that the software will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections. Invisilutions liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Under no circumstances will Invisilutions be held liable for loss of data, profits, revenues, or information. A liability limit of the current month’s subscription price will be the total aggregated liability limit.
Invisilutions does not collect, store, or share any confidential information from its users for the purposes of advertising or sharing with any other entity. All data pertaining to the user account is removed from our servers 30 days after permanent termination unless the account is deemed nefarious in which case it will be removed immediately.
