Collection
Compliance and Incident reports are used to report concerns, incident complaints and issues that require attention within an organization. An example of a report would be an employee that believes they are experiencing discrimination. Reports can be submitted anomalously.
Appraisal
After a report is collected, it is appraised to determine the appropriate action. The report appraisal process provides management the opportunity to review the report and manage its status.
Investigations
The software can be used to preform investigations to resolve compliance and grievance claims. The results of the investigation can be used in potential litigation. Investigation reports can be provided to the EEOC or other governing agencies if an outside investigation is conducted.
Case Management
The software can be used to manage legal cases. Investigations can be converted to cases for managment through the legal process. Cases can be added directly for those that are already in litigation. Custom Interviews can be added per case, per witness.
